Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – BMG Store



At BMG Store, we deal in unique and limited-edition items. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.





❌ No Returns / No Refunds



We do not accept return or refund requests once an order is placed and delivered.


Returns or refunds will NOT be provided for reasons including (but not limited to):


  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference
  • Delay in delivery
  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Ordering by mistake



No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.





🔁 Exchange Policy (Wrong Size / Wrong Item / Manufacturing Defect)



We allow exchange only under the conditions mentioned below:


You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:


  • You received a wrong size
  • You received a wrong product
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

 

After verification exchange or replacement product will be delivered within (3-7) business days.



Conditions for Exchange



  • Request must be raised through our official support ticket system
  • Clear unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts)
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the same item is unavailable, store credit will be provided (no refund)






🛑 Damaged in Transit (Within 48 Hours)



If you receive a physically damaged item:


  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear unboxing photos/videos
  • After verification, replacement will be provided



Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.





🚫 Important Notes



  • Customers must select size carefully using size chart
  • Exchange allowed only once per order
  • Customer must ship the product back to our address (reverse pickup may not be available in some areas)
  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply
  • Products failing quality inspection will be rejected
