BMG Store sells thrifted and limited-edition products.
All products are unique in nature and may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices, products, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, images, and descriptions accurately.
Slight variations in color, fabric texture, logo placement, stitching, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, age of the product, or manufacturing differences.
These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
3. Thrifted Items Disclosure
All products sold on BMG Store are thrifted / pre-owned items.
Because these are thrifted:
Items may show minor wear, fading, loose threads, print cracks, or small marks.
These signs are normal and part of the product’s character.
We carefully inspect and grade all items before listing.
Brand Logos & Trademarks
Any brand names, logos, trademarks, or labels appearing on thrifted items are used only to identify the product.
BMG Store is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands unless clearly stated.
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
By purchasing, you accept that the product is thrifted and agree to these conditions.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
5. No Return & No Refund Policy
BMG Store follows a strict no return and no refund policy.
No returns, refunds, or replacements for:
Change of mind
Size or fit issues
Personal preference
Courier delays
Thrifted / limited-edition nature of items
6. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange Only)
Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Must be submitted only via our official support ticket system.
Unboxing photos/videos are mandatory.
Upon approval, an exchange for the same product will be provided (subject to availability).
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
BMG Store is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information.
Any fraud, misuse, or policy violation may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, layouts, images, and text belong to BMG Store.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
