Shipping Policy – BMG Store



Thank you for shopping with BMG Store. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.



1. Order Processing



  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.




2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline



  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • BMG Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.




3. Shipping Coverage



  • We currently ship across India only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.




4. Shipping Charges



  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Any additional charges imposed by courier partners or authorities (if any) must be borne by the customer.




5. Tracking Information



  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and may take time to reflect.




6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address



  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear re-shipping charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.




7. Damaged Packages



  • If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video before opening.
  • Damage complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through our official support ticket system.




8. Non-Delivery Claims



  • If a tracking status shows “delivered” but the order is not received, the issue must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Such cases will be investigated with the courier partner. Final resolution depends on courier confirmation.
